NPS research

For the Polish branch of PayU, a leading online payment service provider, operating in 50+ high growth markets, we have conducted comprehensive customer quality satisfaction surveys. The implementation covered 1.500 customers in Poland who use this payment integrator. We finished the project with an extensive report, consisting of many elements, showing the strengths and weaknesses that need to be worked on. The project was successfully completed and we are very happy that we had the opportunity to implement it.
