Currently, in 4 European countries, we are carrying out an international CAWI study for the Department of Social and Economic Policy of the University of Economics in Katowice as part of the project “Personalized ICT-tools for the Active Engagement of Consumers Towards Sustainable Energy. Eco-Bot ”co-financed under the EU Horizon 2020 program. The respondents are a representative group of electricity consumers from Greece, Romania, France and the Czech Republic.
The subject of the research concerns:
– electricity consumption
– behavior undertaken by consumers to save energy
– consumer attitude to various IT tools that help in managing energy at home
