A global snack provider wanted to hall tests different variations of thier packaging to help them decide on future strategies.
We conducted the Hall Test in Warsaw for 2 consecutive days and invited over 1,400 people ( 700 children with their parents) In order to reach the required profile of respondents we had a mix of pre recruitment.
Our client provided the online survey script as this was being tested internationally and therefore we needed to use laptops and ensure venues with a strong Wi-Fi connections boosted by a number of back up connections which we facilitated to ensure connectivity never failed.
The client was extremely impressed with the meticulous planning and running of the halls, and the findings have proved invaluable.
For us it was a big challenge but we finished it successfully.
